Take Rt. 4 to Prince Frederick, then take Rt. 231 towards Hughesville. In Hughesville, turn right on Rt. 5 towards Waldorf. After about 7 miles, St. Thomas will be on the left as you leave the Forest Park neighborhood and approach Mattawoman-Beantown Road (Nick's of Clinton). Make the first U-turn after the speed limit raises back to 55 mph, and St. Thomas will be on the right.

Head north on Rt. 5 through Hughesville. About 7 miles up the road, when the speed limit drops from 55 mph to 45 mph, St. Thomas will be on the left as you exit the Forest Park neighborhood. Right after the speed limit raises back to 55 mph, make the first U-turn, and St. Thomas will be on the right.

From Route 301, turn south on Route 5 towards Mechanicsville/Lexington Park. After Mattawoman - Beantown Road (Nick's of Clinton), continue south for about 1/2 mile. St. Thomas is on the right, as you enter the Forest Park neighborhood.
